Stump Grinding
A stump grinder is a specialised machine which grinds out a stump after a tree is removed using tungsten teeth. Abbott Trees has a range of machines to suit different situations.
Our smallest machine, for example, can be carried through a house and is able to remove small stumps with difficult access.The reasons to have a stump ground include replanting, level changes for paving etc, structural problems, aesthetic values and also to reduce the risk of termites.
Because we grind many of our own stumps we can give you a separate or combined price for tree work or stump grinding, saving you the bother of calling a stump grinder separately.
